How does WildCard charge?#
WildCard membership can be activated for either 1 year or 2 years. Using the WildCard invitation code "LEIXUE" on Leixue can enjoy an instant discount of at least 1 dollar when opening the card.
- 1 year for 11.99 USD (1 dollar off with invitation code "LEIXUE")
- 2 years for 16.99 USD (1 dollar off with invitation code "LEIXUE")
Transaction fee 0%, but for non-U.S. merchants/non-USD transactions, there is a fee of 1% + $0.5, for example, if you spend in pounds or other currencies.
Recharge fee is 3.5%, and the unused portion can be refunded to your Alipay in real-time, with a fee of 0%.

After using the WildCard virtual card for purchases, if the merchant initiates a refund, it generally takes 14-21 business days for the refund to be credited, and a 2% fee will be charged for the refund.
When binding the card, the binding platform usually performs a small deduction verification and then reverses this deduction. During the reversal, a fee of 1 dollar will be incurred; if the deduction is less than 1 dollar, no fee will be charged.
If the merchant cancels this transaction and processes a refund, the same 1 dollar transaction cancellation fee will also be charged.
Can WildCard issue invoices?#
WildCard is an overseas entity and can issue card opening receipts and monthly statements that can be reimbursed domestically.
The issuance entry is located in the upper right corner "Settings" after logging in.
The generated receipt includes the card opening fee and the transaction fees incurred during the month.

Can physical cards receive payments/transfers?#
Only for consumption, cannot receive payments or transfers.
What to do if the subscription fails?#
If you encounter a consumption failure, first check if there is a record of this transaction in the WildCard transaction history. If there is, it means the transaction was successfully pushed to the bank; you can find out the reason for failure in the consumption details.
If there is no record, it means the transaction was intercepted directly.
If you are paying through a proxy/VPN, and if this proxy is used by many people, too many people using different cards under one IP is typical hacker behavior. Because once a hacker successfully makes a purchase, the loss is borne by the payment institution, so most of the time, the payment institution will intercept your consumption. The solution is to switch to a less crowded node or use a home network IP.
Alternatively, you can directly use in-app purchases through the Apple Store or Google Play to bypass this issue.
If the purchase was unsuccessful but the charge was made, will there be a refund?#
Yes, if your WildCard charge failed, or if you upgraded to ChatGPT Plus but were not upgraded.
These types of charges and payment failures will be refunded to the card. However, the process may be slow, generally taking about 14-28 days.
